Saturday, November 6th, 2010It’s Mo’vember, where men all around the world are sprouting soup strainers in a bid to increase awareness about prostate cancer . 1 in 6 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer, but when caught early, it can be effectively treated. Yet it remains a big killer because men don’t want a finger in their bum.
Butt, come on, are you so insecure that you would rather die than submit to a proper physical?
Now, I’m far from the most facial-follicly endowed man, but it is an important cause and some of my friends have gotten involved, so I will be updating through out the month as to my mustache’s progress.
Note – The official way to do Mo’vember is to shave clean on the first and start fresh, but I was unaware of this and “cheated” when I shaved a few days stubble into a mustache. Oh well… can’t go back now, and I’m not doing any fundraising myself, just support and awareness.
